Our building expertise comes from over 40 years of experience in the building industry; beginning with a career working on a sub-contract basis for the first 20 years. We then decided to establish a small family-run business, and Gary Malcolm Builders was born. Fast forward another 20 years to today, and we have grown a building company with an excellent reputation for our workmanship and we are well-established in our local community of Bradford. Because the majority of our work is gained through recommendation, customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.

We have full public liability insurance and all of our tradespeople work within regulatory requirements; i.e. our plumbers are 'Gas Safe' registered and our electrician is 'Part P' registered, so you can be assured that every aspect of your project is undertaken by a fully qualified professional.
